ABOUT WRAF
WRAF ("we", "us", "our") refers to WRAF and its associated website, social media channels, products, and services.
WRAF stands for We Rise Above Fear. We create apparel and products built around the ideas of resilience, discipline, self-belief, and overcoming resistance.
PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

ORDERS
An order is considered placed once you have successfully completed the checkout process and payment has been received.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation where applicable.
WRAF reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

There is an obvious pricing or product information error.

We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed and paid for.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
LIMITED DROPS
Certain WRAF products may be released as limited-edition or limited-quantity drops.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.

Once a product is sold out, WRAF may choose not to reproduce or restock it.

WRAF is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to WRAF because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by WRAF and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can legally be imported into their destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to receive your WRAF order in good condition.
Because our products may be produced and released in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Items must not be washed, worn, altered, damaged, or otherwise used when submitted for a defect or incorrect-item claim, unless the issue itself only became apparent after reasonable use.
SIZE & FIT
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before purchasing.
Because measurements may vary slightly during manufacturing, a small measurement variation does not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
WRAF is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the measurements of an existing garment that fits you well and comparing them with our size chart.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may enter production or fulfilment shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order has already entered fulfilment or production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content relating to WRAF products, you grant WRAF permission to use that content for marketing, social media, website, advertising, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
